By the style of the Emperor, I am guessing Valentinian, but I cannot read the legend on the coin.

If I'm not mistaken, the legend starts DN CON...

Obv legend: DN CON...

Mintmark: Off-flan
Obverse: Diademed Head rt. (looks like rosette, can't make it out)

That leaves Constans and Constantius II.
