I know this guy doesn't have sunglasses but I just had to post it for you to see. I used to have red framed glasses, too--never smoked a cigar or had facial whiskers, though. This IS NOT my entry!

That is one of the worst manipulations I have ever seen.

And BTW, mspaint can convert to JPEG, just hit save as and choose JPEG.

Only if you have jpeg conversion software on the computer... Win2000 by default does not
