I have this coin in my collection and cannot identify its origin. Sorry for the blur, scanner's not set up at the moment.

date appears to be 727 (which would be 5727 on the Hebrew calendar), which is 1967 on the western calendar. Cannot be positive without a better picture of the reverse (side with the 5).

Assuming it is 1967, mintage is 2.195 million, XF=$0.10, UNC=$0.25.
Although mintage for 1966 is less, the values are the same.

Sweet. It was the country I was having trouble confirming. I'll get a better scan up later for help on the date.
