I filled out an internet form and sent a SASE to CJC Industries--one per address, etc., all the regular mumbo jumbo. Just put one of the $1,000,000 bills in husband's niece's (cousin's uncle's, etc.) birthday card (along with a real check for $25.) I like 'em so much, an 11 year old would probably appreciate one, right?
