I remember when all this soap opera was unfolding on Ebay and most of the posters were of the opinion there was no way he could be selling pre-sales of Mint items and state quarter rolls and such at below issue price and deliver them all but the auctions kept selling until the wheels totally came off.

I just do not get people like that. With that kind of "business" and organizational savy, you think he could be successful without resorting to such methods.
