Hello everyone. We just received 2 negatives on coins sold in July from a buyer who NEVER contacted us even though we state a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We even refund all shipping/handling charges. I called this buyer (who is very new to eBay) and he was rude and arrogant with no interest whatsoever in the effect his actions had. He felt no responsibility to contact me and stated that blatantly on the phone.
The buyer's ID is ferobins. For your own protection, block this bidder. It is my opinion that he is a detriment to eBay. Five out of the six feedback he's left are negative or neutral.
If anyone here would like more info, please email me at susan@coincommunity.com.

He expects a better coin than he received....
Leaves 100% negative or neutral and doesn't like anything,,, from a few different sellers.
Added to my extended list of 2 (including him/her) blocked bidders list.. thanks.
I'll steer clear of them. I use ebays tons and I still regret getting that one negative that I have. Negatives suck!!

Don't worry much about the neg. That user will soon be NARU. With that tag under the user ID in your feedback history, nobody will count it as a valid neg against you.

Looks like you blew it on the retaliatory negs.

Thanks for the help. I hate people like that.
