I looked into these when I was at the Bank of Estonia's museum shop. They do not sell these as they are not legal tender and have not been so since 1998. They were accepted in Germany in automated machines on par with the mark, thus they were redesigned and the old coins were demonitized. The mint shop had a bunch of them, but they would not sell/trade/etc. They will accept them and give you a valid 1 krooni coin, but those are no longer found even in circulation.

Do you collect the reeding varieties of the Ukrainian kopeika coins? I have different varieties of reading from the same year, just different collars were used with the coins struck.

I am re-focusing on the Slavic states again, and have made them my primary wants. The list in the first post above is a current list of what I am looking for. Any help appreciated.
