I was just wondering if enybody here has ever used where's willy to track their bills? and if you've ever written on them so other's can enter them? I was kind of wanting to on some rough bills i had in my wallet. Nothing of any collectiing value(grade, serial #, etc). what is your opinion? is it worth defacing a note?

i used where's george many years ago when i found a note with the web address written onto the front margins. i was in japan at the time, and it fascinated me that the bill was first tracked from a gas station in ohio. at any rate, i think it's a lot of fun & the minor defacement isn't that big of a deal when placed in tasteful areas that don't ruin the rest of the note. for best results, use at an airport!

I threw a couple notes up there ones on wheres george. I also checked many notes and only a few were on the site.... I think all the ones I had at least one "Going to Vegas!" comment... I can only imagine where in vegas it had gone

If you are lucky, I registered several banknotes in a few different countries, one of them is Russia. Unfortunately, I was silly not to remember their serial numbers.

I used where's George this one time, it was pretty neat the note originated in Tennessee and I got it from CoinPeople member Unicorn from Canada!!!
