guess i'll settle for this "regular" number. the "magic window" looks like a regular hole cut into the paper, and a strip of plastic covers most of the left margin to seal it shut. at first glance it looks like a regular plastic window (like on polymer notes), but neon green lines show up when you hold a dark color behind it or tilt the note at an angle. pretty nifty feature.
