Silver coin – 20 Roubles face value (fine silver
content - 31.1 g;
alloy standard - 925; diameter - 38.61 mm).
Mintage: 5000 pcs

Placed in circulation on August 2, 2005.
Designer:
S.P.Zaskevich (Belarus).
Minted by:
State Enterprise "Lithuanian Mint", Vilnius, Lithuania.
The coins are round. The rim is raised on both sides of the coin. The edge of the coin is corrugated. Surface of the coins is oxidized.
The obverse:
within the circular geometric ornament - the relief of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus; in the center – a solar sign consisting of octagonal geometrical figure with elements of rhombic decor, symbolizing solar rays; beneath - year of issue, silver coin - fine silver alloy standard; inscriptions along the rim – at the top "РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (REPUBLIC OF BELARUS), at the bottom "ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ" (TWENTY ROUBLES) on the silver coin and "АД3IН РУБЕЛЬ" (ONE ROUBLE) on the copper-nickel coin.
The reverse:
in the center against a background of a cropped filed – the relief of a bast-basket, full of grain, with candle and ear, located on a table covered with a table-cloth (with inset of synthetic crystal of yellow color within the flame of the candle on silver coin); in the left-hand and right-hand parts - relieves of Belarussian national ornament with elements of motifs of Bagach; at the bottom –inscription along the rim « БАГАЧ » (BAGACH).
Coins are of the "uncirculated" quality.
