Think that is grease filled, weak strike, worn die, or ? I haven't seen this one before.

That's not new, I got one 5 months or so ago for $12, now a MS-68 goes for $350 a MS-69, $450 NGC of course.

Here's an example of what I mean when I say the mint is an unreliable source of info on mint production figures:
"Also as quoted by the U. S. Mint... "Error coins are very rare. While typical private sector firms measure outgoing quality in parts per million, the Mint measures outgoing quality in parts per billion - in this instance, one error coin per billion coins distributed."
