This makes no sense.
I don't know the history of the two countries so maybe that is why I don't understand the significance of making a coin commemorating the 70th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the countries. Or why they would choose to commemorate that with the 2 current leaders pictures.
This probably in my book would rate as the most senseless NCLT coin issued.
