but for some unknown reason i adore canadian coins... couldn't care less about currency, but i really like the coins a lot.. i've got a full small cents set, near full nickel set, full dimes, full quat sets.. just started on halves... good stuff.

You might as well say that will never happen, as ALL would represent "trial" and "pattern" coins too.

They really are similar...sizes, denominations etc. I like 'em too.

Strange; US coins i like, i was never bothered about Canadian much though. Didn't have any Canadian coins until Anton sent me one, i forget why exactly... some competition or something.

It's kindof funny. I never cared for Canadian coinage prior to joining here, partially because it was as common to me as US coinage, since I've always gotten Canadian cents, nickels, dimes and quarters in change. I tend toward the pieces I had never seen here in circulation. 50 c, dollars, and commems, and older stuff like large cents.

(I actually got a Canadian quarter in change when I was up north last )
