Opinions on this note found in a job lot!

I got one just like that in a lot, too, except mine is serial "AK" (Kiev) not "AO" (Odessa). I saw one like yours, AO, go on eBay the other day for $13 if that helps

Ah, thanks for enlightening me a little on the serial numbers! Do they all start with a K? And, is this a low serial number or am I missing something?

Not sure about the serial number part, mine's AK 204...
