Correct. Krause has a picture of one with less wear but it is small with poor contrast (useful only to identify the type).
Krause says Craig-51 and obverse legend says "VIC. AMED. D.G. REX. SARD.". Coin is a copper 5 Soldi, struck 1794-96. Earlier issues of this denomination with different designs but not illustrated (1732-39, 1741 and 1742-47) are listed and were struck in billon, according to Krause.
