Your Jubilee Medal (not a coin) would be worth somewhat more if it hadn't been holed after striking.
Jubilee medals in multiple designs and sizes were struck in gold, silver and base metals such as bronze, to celebrate some of the milestones in Queen Victoria's reign, especially the 50th (Golden) and 60th (Diamond) years. They are collectible as exonumia, but they are not valued in coin catalogs and finding values for them requires searching on-line completed auctions, antique pricelists, etc. A base metal Golden Jubilee medal with a hole through part of the legend would probably top out in the $10 range based on prices I have seen.
