I was wondering if anyone here knew anything about these tokens As far as rarity goes....theyre from Interflug which was the East German Airlines from 1963 until 1991 when germany was reunited..

I am surprised they made these little medallions. One unfortunate thing that all carriers that flew USSR built aircrafts in that era had was "unscheduled descents", in the west we refer to such as crashes. Usually a factor of poorly maintained equipment, poorly trained pilots, and miserable airport facilities.

LOL......They were a horrible airline...But,The tokens are nice!!
