Unknown token - help to identify

Hi!
I need help to identify this token.
The only inscription it presents is S.A.N.Cº (possibly the engravers name) on top of the laurel.
Obverse is similar with reverse
Ø 23mm, weight unknown, brass or cooper

Have you tried googleing it? the S.A.N.Cº and place medal next to it.... that is what I do and start the search!! Good luck!

Similar leaves to the Feutwanger Cents, and other ca. 1860-1900 such tokens, medals. But, I've not seen it before.
