I have 10 x 1991 $5.00 Canadian Silver Coins that have never been touched by human hands?
The info. on the coin is as follows: Canada 1991 .9999 Silver 1 OZ Argent Pur, all in a RCM plastic
sleeve? If you can't help with my request, could you please lead me in the right direction as to where
I can out this information?

Those are 1 ounce silver bullions coins. They get a small premium over the current spot price of silver, as some people do collect them. In 1991 they minted 644,300 of them. At today's silver price ($17.40/oz) you could expect to sell them on ebay at retail prices of around $19-21. If you went to a dealer you would get less, probably around $14-15.
