coin issues of Yugoslavia for 1993, issued after the devaluation of the dinar 1,000,000:1

I wonder that the not issued were because inflation rendered the coins worthless before they even hit the street? The designs also look utilitarian in approach, no doubt because of the situation with the political/economic problems in Jugoslavia then.
