I think the new design coins are interesting enough to want a closer look but I have no idea the best way to get any or even what to look for. Does the Royal Mint have proof sets, silver proofs, whatever? I'd like to do a photographic study so I need as high quality samples as are made.

I know some of you are scathing in your rejection to the new coins. The only British coins that I have are from the Britannia series. In my opinion, the artistic merit of the 2008 Britannia coin fell off a cliff relative to the earlier.
