Hello,

I was referred to this site with the hope of gaining some information on a Bahamas Silver coin that I have..

Hopefully with all the knowledgeable folks here I may be able to put my search to rest..

The ship is the "Santa Maria"

It looks like some kind of medallion or some sort. That said, if it does have silver, its still worth it's silver value. smile.gif Welcome to coinpeople by the way.

I have no knowledge about your coin but I have a set of "silver" Bahamian coins produced by the Franklin Mint with no silver content.

This is a 1oz .999 silver I believe thats what the COA reads.. I'll have to find it..
