i sure dont know what is it. it look russian to me, preety much likje the 1905 3 rouble.
the dimensions are 161 x 100, it has no watermark.
some one sugestet that it can be a "theatre banknote" used in the plays.

Hm. At first I thought it was simply someone's artistic interpretation of a banknote, and it very well could be 'Stage or Movie Money', But I've seen similar things people called Printer's Proofs and Partial Prints. It could be that the banknote you have is one that had only a portion of the printing process finished in a test for the colors, quality, etc.
