Looks okay to me. Based on the pictures, aEF looks like fair grading. I think it has probably been dipped at some time in the past.

Looks like more than dipping to me ... probably scrubbed a bit, too. Otherwise, borderline EF is what I would say (with emphasis on "borderline").

I see marks from circulation and light wear, but don't see any evidence of hairlines.

Coins like this were once sent for melting. Today, there is demand for them.

I guess overall this coin can be graded at VF+?

Based on photos, in my opinion, yes.

VF+-XF+, you can't really tell the grade from such bad picture

Pictures are not great. Coin is not good enough for EF, in my opinion.

I think it is at least VF, probably VF+ (or "aEF").

All details are clearly visible, including Moscow shield on eagle's breast. In my opinion it is XF. But cleaned...
Question ( or an idea for poll): if a silver coin struck before 1900 have XF details, but it was cleaned sometimes in the past, it will be categorized VF by you?
Hint: personally I do not believe that a coin can remain shiny more than 100 years. And that because of storage conditions before - to say - 1980's.
