Why doesn't mine look like the one that sold at Heritage?

His hair extends higher up towards the top of the obverse. The back tie for his hair is different and the curls in general look different.
Is this typical or maybe there were different dies?
Any help to explain the differences would be very helpful.

I should imagine that they are different dies as yours has TY 1693 whereas the Heritage has TYR 1693, perhaps a different issue?
