My 2 kopeks' worth of advice:
You have to buy the coin, not the slab!

Without pictures, or seeing the coin in hand, it is impossible to say whether the prices are good or not.

OH MY! $169 for 20 kopecks 1915 Doesn't matter if these coins in such grade, it doesn't cost so much anyway. I bought 4 of same year last weekend in same condition for $3 each. It is quite cheap even for my country but I will have hard time to sell them here more than for $15 (usually it goes around $10-12). I guess your dealer just want a lot of money for things that cost lot cheaper.

Really? I think its bit high... but then again it has a plastic box with a printed sticker and hologram..

Hey, plastic is expensive! They make that stuff from oil, you know.

And Holograms are very high-tech, which is also expensive. In fact, i predict in the future, slabs will contain a HOLOGRAM of the coin, instead of the actual coin, and the actual coin will be stored in a pcgs bunker 2 miles underground, on the island of Svalbard.

North East Numismatics are known for slabbing coins (and now medals too) and trying to get top $ for it. Well, I guess there is nothing wrong with it. At least they are a reputable outfit. If the coins do not sell in the first two weeks, I am sure you will be able to negotiate a better deal.

They are currently offering this coin which, I was interested to learn, is not only a kopeck but rare as well.

Is there a place on the net or maybe in this forus where they teach you how to take great pictures of your coins (not scaning the coins)?
I have seen great pictures of coins arround (i.e gxseries coins) and I would be glad to take some pictures of my coins also

You're welcome, but neither of the pol-kopeks I posted belong to me. I have a few Soviet coins, but not of this type. I collect (when I can) Imperial coins.
