According to Paypal buyer's protection the maximum amount of coverage is 2k. So what happens if you purchase something for 5k and seller never ships the package? Would you get your money back from the credit card charge back?

I think paypal protection is $3,000 but anything more would be a buyer expense. but you can leave a negative rating
