Hi guys!
I don't really collect notes, but over time some have trickled and I suppose it's time for me to figure out some sort of more permanent storage plan.
Do you have a favorite way to store and display a mix of world note (all small sized so far)?
I saw one little booklet that holds 10 notes:
http://www.valleycoin.com/product_info.php?products_id=18620I could get a few of those or something larger (50-100).
Or would you just recommend vinyl pages?
http://www.valleycoin.com/product_info.php?products_id=10889If you use the vinyl, and remember these are NOT valuable notes, would you put the note directly in the vinyl page or should it first go in some sort of sleeve?
http://www.valleycoin.com/index.php?cPath=9_407_444Or just in a sleeve and tossed in a box etc.?
Well, sorry for my lack a clue - thanks for reading!

I use standard 3-ring binders and I use Ultra Pro platinum series 3-pocket pages. They offer UV protection, no PVC and are archival safe.
They also come in other assorted pages for banknotes, coins, trading cards.

Thanks Brett!
Do you put the notes right in the binder pages or do you use a sleeve?

I put them right into the pages. If you have higher valued notes, you might want to use both a sleeve and the pages.

I have been trying to do this same thing, but I would prefer to put the notes in a sleeve first. What I would like, is to find a somewhat rigid sleeve (mylar-d?) and then put them into the pages. Then, if I wanted to add a new note (and thus rearrange) I could.
It sounds like these pages are safe and will hold a sleeve. Is that the case?

The 3 pocket page can hold a sleeve that is 3 1/2 x 7 1/2 or smaller

Do you know where I could get the pages and sleeves online?

I normally buy the pages off of ebay, but there are online sites that also sell them. Just do a google search.
As for the sleeves, i'm not sure, but any online coin shop should have them. You can also try ebay.
I don't use the sleeves, so I can't recommend any place.

Thanks for the discussion guys. While I do find myself rearranging my coin collection a lot and will probably do the same with notes, I think I'll do this on the cheap and put them straight in the binder pages.

You can also use 4x6 photo pages from your local office supply place..... I use ones made by Avery. They run about 3 to 4 dollars for a pack of 10 sheets. Each one holds 2 notes... They are archival safe, acid free, and contain no PVC....

I hope this is allowed...but I think I found what I was looking for on eBay. Does this look right?

The first link is the ones I use. I also have some of the 2 pocket pages for larger notes
The second looks like they should work inside the pages

OK, well I went ahead and ordered them. Hopefully it will work for me...it sounds exactly like what I want. I used those brand of pages for my sports card collection when I was younger and I like their product. Hopefully the sleeves will work too.
Thanks for your help!!!
