Says he won in a game of poker, uh huh. These things are very common there, I bought one in Odesa, Ukraine for about 40 hryven(then about $8) a few years ago. Mine is actually better too.

Does eBay charge a listing fee according to the start price? What is this person getting charged on a $500,000 listing?
Hussulo
Hmmm 0 feedback. Even if it was genuine and I did have $500,000 to spare. I don't think I would be sending it to a seller with 0 feedback somehow.

Maya
He says:
"Delivery in any city of the world due to the seller (at seller's expense)."

How does he plan to do that? Unless, if he gets $500,000 he plans to smuggle it out through the White Sea? hysterical.gif
Or, since he knows it is a fake, perhaps he does not anticipate any trouble getting it out of Russia?
ariba
I'll take two

The blurb with the coin says “a later restrike from new dies.” This is the first I have heard
of “new” dies. One also has to wonder what a “later restrike” means.

Hi,

I have to admit that I have put a bid for this coin (on bowers) as

1) I will never get my hands on the original... unless I win the lottery and then not even
2) the ukrainian fake i have (we all have one i think) is so awful that it makes me shudder... konstantine looks like a werewolf...

I think we should see how many there are and buy them all between us! the coin market as it is may value them differently in due course.... look at the 300 years romanov roubles... crazy stuff
