yet again I am in need of a better translation than babelfish can give me. I believe I have the jist of this message but I was wondering if soemone can translate this for me:
es tut mir leid das Sie ein schlechtes Exemplar erhalten haben.
Ich habe ca, 50 Stück am Lager.
Ich schicke Ihnen auf meine Kosten ein neues Exemplar.
Das Versehen tut mir leid.

I hope it is at least 90% accurate...
