I like the reverse image on this medal as well as the obverse portrait. The medal was issued by the William Penn Commemorative Committee. It was designed by Julia Kilenyi of New York and struck by Whitehead and Hoaf, Co. They were struck in silver and copper and in a 3 inch and a dollar size version (shown here).
