After seeing this video on how every country count their money, which do you think will be the fastest. Although I have seen most of the counting method used in my country but the fastest hand counting method is still using the two thumbs and two fingers ( the finger next to the thumb) ( not demonstrated in the video ). I took 10 crisp uncirculated pound notes to the bank the other day. (they are pretty much only used to collect these days, and very little printed at all, hard to find such examples)

The woman suddenly pinned them to the desk and started bending them backwards with a slide of the finger. Putting a nice uniform crease in every one of them. blink.gif I was horrified! Never again will I return crisp pound notes to a bank!! biggrin.gif

As for me, I do it the British way.
