How I never found this forum before is beyond me but better late than never.
My father got me into coin collecting when I was 12, forty years later I am still fairly active. While he only collected United States coins, I collect US and European, especially Netherlands, Switzerland, France and Great Britain.
My avatar is a 1963 restrike of a 1642 Austrian Double Ducat produced both in gold (X-M29) and silver (X-M29A). The silver version was fairly easy to locate, while the gold variety took years to find. NCG graded it MS65, so it was worth the wait!
