I doubt it was made during Timofei Ivanov's lifetime.
It's being offered in a private auction: the bidders' identities are "protected" [from what, I wonder?].
The seller has the memorable ebay name of "36fishy" (which seems somehow appropriate in this context).
That medal is a 100% modern fantasy...
