The following piece has some problems:

The problems include:

1) Alexander’s hair is badly done and nothing like the genuine.

2) The letter B, as in BORODINO, is of the wrong style.

3) The dot between 1 and RUBLE is much too large.

4) The horizontal lines on the lower part of the monument are not correct.

The seller has been notified that, in my opinion, it is a fake.

But it has been in the family for 150+ years, so surely it is authentic

This seller has been constantly selling questionable and harshly cleaned problem coins.

The seller did not respond to my message notifying him that the piece is a fake and it has
not been withdrawn from sale.
