Here's the link and pics. Only 5 have been found so far that have been confirmed. Dr. James Wiles has mine at the moment while I wait his onfirmation, which should bring the total to 6.

I got an email from Dr. Wiles today. Here's an excerpt:
"Your coin is indeed RDV-006. It is now listed as die 4, stage A, EDS. I will get it up on www.varietyvista.com shortly."

I still have yet to find one, but I'm patient. I've been looking for a 1983 doubled die reverse since 1983 and still haven't found one.
