I too shop on ebay.

This was bought about 5 years ago. The description was a Russian Medal, unknown.
I bought it because the Eagle was excellent and the scan does not do it justice.

This medal is very likely listed by Diakov in his medal references. I do not have the volume for
this medal (probably from the time of Nicholas I) but perhaps someone reading this does have
access and can furnish what is said.
