I know this is a Mansfeld Thaler, but that's about it. I would appreciate any additional info - date, info on the second coat of arms, rarity, value, etc...

I believe it is from Mansfeld-Eisleben. From the inscription it appears to be of Johann Georg III 1663-1710, I don't see a date.

Apart from Johann Georg, you can also see the name Peter Ernst on the coin. Mansfeld-Friedeburg maybe?
