What you have here is a British penny of 1922, minted under the reign of George V.

I would grade that in Fine if not slightly more. Spink 2007 suggests £5 or $10. It all depends on the condition, all coins are different so a photo of yours would help when your camera is fixed.

These generally go for much less and are very common coins.

Unless the condition is outstanding then it is not worth much at all.
