The seller was notified two days ago that the piece was counterfeit but there was no
reply and the piece was not pulled. This one is easily spotted as the sword is too far
from the edge.

Not only that, but the entire design of the sword is wrong, AFAICT. I also sent the seller a notice just before writing this.

The problem? The coin is an outright fake and the seller was made aware of this fact
by several people and did not withdraw it from sale. The unlucky buyer paid over $400
for something virtually worthless.

You can't just judge sellers by scores in particular if they aren't experts in coins. A genuine Borodino ruble in that condition will sell for over 1 grand therefore that seems to be an awful bargain.
