I need help about both coins(?) :

Hi! These are not coins, but tokens of some sort. I can translate them for you:

Top token:-
Obverse (clockwise from left) "Taksar" (which could be a variant of "Taksal"--a place where coins are minted--or may refer to the Taksar house--which is believed to be the place where the first silver coin was minted in Nepal)
"Nepal"
"2030" (I think it's the date according to the Indian calender)
Reverse (from top to bottom) "Token" and "25 paisa", respectively (100 paisa=1 rupee).

Bottom token:-
Obverse Taksar
Reverse 05 (paisa?)

Hope this was helpful.
Brett
The date 2030 would translate to 1973
