Well that's what Tiffy used to call me when I look at bizarre coins struck in interesting metals. Now my imagination has gone wild with this:

Really cool! By the way, Theodore Gray in Fatcat's link writes an excellent (and in the last few years, the only worthwhile column) about elemental science in Popular Science.

I subscribed to them for a year, it started really well, but then the magazine went downhill...
