This FAZLM probably means "Fürstlich Anhalt-Zerbstsche Landesmünze" ... so that would be Anhalt-Zerbst.

indeed, it's a Friedrich August coin, 1766, copper.
There are 2 varieties of this coin (as I see in the Standard Catalog of German Coins), 24 mm diameter and 20mm.
KM#50 and KM#51.
