Hi all, I finally got around to registering after checking out the site for awhile. Seems to be a cool place with lots of info. I'm fairly new to collecting, other than pennies in my youth, but I find them fascinating. I'm currently working on Washington quarters, Lincoln cents, Jefferson nickels, and a U.S. Type set. Of course, I'm kind of a sucker for an 1800's coin as well! Anyway, I look forward to hanging out with y'all.

Actually my daughter has a good start on a world coin set. She currently has something like 80 different coins. Not long ago I got her a 1599 silver piece, but I don't remember where it's from now.
