In the catalogue for this year cost p and 2p. This coin concerns to p or 2p?

Not entirely sure what you are asking, but there were two different 'P' mint nickels produced in 1943. You have the one that is 35% silver there. You can tell these because they have the mint mark above the dome of Monticello.

Ahhh. That explains it. the 1943/2P is an overdate coin. Where the 3 looks like it is on top of a 2.
