I am looking for a cheap place to buy the 2x2 cardbaord coin holders. I do not have a coin store nearby and wondering if there are any common stores like Fred Meyers, target, etc that carry these?

Doubt any common stores will stock such. It's just not profitable for them. I'm not too sure about the price, quality here as I have never bought from them but others have mentioned that JPScorner is good http://www.jpscorner.com/

The link I put up has the cardboard holders with maylar windows. But the link you put up has a few more but I didn't see the cardboard ones.

Some of the local stores here have them. Book-a-million, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Barnes & Noble.

Yep. I used to see them at Hobby Lobby and Barnes/Nobel. They were pretty expensive though compared to the online places.
