Miniature novelty coins created before the advent of the Hobby Protection Act of 1973 made it so you have to have a big "COPY" on everything.

Interestingly. They rare? For the first time I see such small miniatures.

Coin dealers have them in quantities still, I think quite a few were made after the Act, purporting to be made before. They are popular novelties here in the USA, I have some, my kids have them too.

Means, that that on similarity of a toy:)). They have liked me from for their small size. Here one more small American small medal.
