I was digging in my error box and I found a 1939 wheat that looks like it has riples(like the riples you see when you through a stone in a pond)Looked in coin digest didn't see anything that maches it.I scaned it into my pc,and made the pic better,and I hope I can post it.Any way I can up load it without useing an online album?If you have a link to a pic you think it might be,post it so I can look at it.

Parts if the design are un-readable. The only things I can read on the reverse is half os an o in one,the first half of the n in one;the last 3 letters in e plburs unium and america in united stater of america.
Can someone tell me how to get a pic in a word docmuent to a post here without a online album.(I am away from my camra untill next thursday).

In word, click on the picture to select it.
Go to the edit drop down menu and click copy.
Open up Microsoft paint.
Edit -> paste.
File -> save as -> jpeg.
add it as an attachment.
That should work.

Put it into an image sharing site like picassa or photobucket and then copy the image location url and paste the url in a post here with [img] before the url and [img/] after the url.

You can post a picture in
http://www.imageshack.usYou can register so that you can keep track of what you upload - registeration is free by the way and you can upload up to 1.5mb.

It's struck through something, no telling exactly what. It would bring a modest premium, but not a whole lot.

Also the coin is like that on both sides. Is that normal?

Feb 24 2008, 03:42 PM
There's nothing "normal" about this. It's very possible to be on both sides, especially if the material is viscous like grease.
