Yes its a small parish and what i find funny is that it's a amazing bit of work and no one has put there name on it ?
Actually they have in the form of the hallmarks on the reverse, those verify the piece is sterling ie .925 fine silver, and the makers marks. The makers marks can be traced, probably to a jeweler or silversmith that made the piece. British hallmarks are some of the best documented of anyplace.
The makers mark, or their initials are on the left side of the reverse of the piece, under the word "Gare", whilst the hallmarks are on the ride side under "Loch" and attest to the silversmith's marks and fineness, and likely a date mark also.
