Hi all..Just wondered if anyone can help with this coin.. I found it in a Job lot purchased from eBay a while back and i have been unable to find one for sale to put a price on it .. Why are 1937 Portugal coins so uncommon?

When i got the coin it was in a sorry state Pic's 1&2 so i sent it off to NCS they conserved it for me and it is now waiting to be sent of to NGC for grading and encapsulation pic's 3&4

So any information you can give will be greatly received..

Very nice coin. I have some 2.5 escudos somewhere but don't know if I have a 1937. NCS sure did a great job on that coin.
